Priced per active position — never per user

Internal users are unlimited on every tier. Close a position and the slot frees up. AI costs are metered and visible — you pay for what the pipeline actually uses, not a flat AI surcharge.

Not gated by tier

  • Unlimited internal users — there is no seat axis anywhere in the product.
  • Data export — a tenant can always export its own position and candidate data.
  • Candidate rights — human review, edit, erase and export exist on every tier.

Frequently asked questions

The AI asks candidates questions — why?

Because a CV cannot answer back. A strong candidate writes sparingly; a weak one writes a lot. When the AI instead asks 3-5 clarifying questions per round, the gaps in the rubric become evidence: the candidate answers, and the assessment re-runs with the answers. That is why the ranking can show its reasoning — and why the candidate takes part in producing their own evidence.

Can the AI reject a candidate?

No. The lowest score never triggers a rejection or a message. Rejection letters are drafts the recruiter reviews, edits and sends. The score stays hidden until the candidate file is opened — part of the automation-bias protection.

What happens when we exceed the included AI budget?

Extra AI assessments cost EUR 0.75 each, and an assessment is never dropped: one without budget is held and resumes when you top up, approve overage, or the month resets. Overage is opt-in per tenant.

What counts as an "active position"?

A position accepting applications. Close one and the slot frees up immediately. Billing is per concurrently active position, never per user: internal users are unlimited on every tier.

How do you comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

rekruto assesses candidates, which makes it a high-risk system under the AI Act (Annex III, point 4a) — the duties have applied since 2 August 2026. We are the provider; you are the deployer. The product ships candidate disclosure, a DPIA template, technical documentation, automatic logging and human-oversight UI; the company performs the actual human review and owns the decision. A DPA follows on every tier.

Can candidates opt out of AI assessment?

Yes. A candidate can decline the AI assessment; the application is then handled only by the recruiter, with no advantage or disadvantage. Every AI-authored email and portal message also identifies itself as AI-generated, as AI Act art. 50(1) requires.

How the duties split between us and you is on the Security and compliance page.
