rekruto is made by bon.do ApS — a Danish software house building compliance and decision-support products. We don't do black boxes: our products must be able to account for their own results, to customers, authorities and the people the results are about.
Why recruitment screening
Screening is where AI has the largest effect and the largest responsibility at the same time. A CV is an incomplete document read by a busy person; the next best thing is to ask, not to guess. rekruto is our answer — with the duties from GDPR and the AI Act built in as features rather than layered on as policy.
How we work
- Denmark first. Danish and English candidate conversation out of the box, EU-resident no-training models, and DKK pricing for Danish companies.
- Grounded ranking. Every score cites its evidence. A claim that cannot be found in the documents is rejected — not believed.
- The AI asks, the human decides. The system is classified as high-risk, and we treat that as a product responsibility, not a legal detour.
